[that green eyed monster]

wanted my first post of the year to be smth resounding, something wonderful, something hopeful but yet it has to be about this.

but the year has begun, 22 days have elapsed. the clock ticks on as i scramble to do the things i have to, want to, hope to do.

despite hearing yet another story of how people can be mean, and having worries that the same events will recur again in my life, i can't wait to keep racing towards the future. i feel lonesome in my thoughts, yet i know i am always surrounded by those i love and those who love me.
